How do I choose a photographer?
All of our photographers are equally experienced and qualified and there is no difference in the level of service you will receive from any of them. Our automated matching system will pair you with a photographer who is qualified for the type of photography you require - this way, we can guarantee amazing results.
However, if you would like to book a specific photographer - please get in touch at splento@splento.com and we'll send you a list of available photographers for your specific time and date.
Can I see the photographer’s work before booking?
Yes, you can find most photographer portfolios here: https://www.splento.com/portfolios
How many photos per hour does the photographer usually take?
Usually up 100 photos per hour, however, it depends on the type of the session — for example, headshots will be fewer, trade shows will be more.
I’m based outside of London, can I still book with Splento?
We now operate in all major cities WORLDWIDE: To book a photographer outside London please email us at splento@splento.com or call +44 20 8123 1838 and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.The minimum amount of notice required outside the UK is 24 hours.
Can I view photos from sports events in full size?
We are currently working on an improvement to allow you to view the photos in full size. In the meantime, if you need to view any of the photos in full size, please contact us.
