Booking the photographer was very easy and the crew at Splento were very helpful and answered all our questions. We had a great photographer (Alessandro), who in 3 hours managed to do 3 types of portrait shots for our entire team of 16 people, plus group photos in two locations and a few extra shots of our team. We received the edited photos the next day and they look great!

Brilliant Service After a photographer let us down the night before a launch event in Liverpool (We are London based) we thought it would be unlikely to get a replacement at such short notice. However having contacted Splento on a Thursday evening their team responded within an hour, and by that night we had a photographer confirmed and all of the details we needed for the event the next morning. A brilliant service!

Very Professional.

Having recently used Splento to photograph my wedding I highly recommend this service/company. The photographer did a great a job and we were very happy with the end results. The £299 (5 hour package) provided over a thousand RAW files and more than adequately covered the day. The company were very accommodating and provided a great "after-care" service too. They were polite, professional and reasonably priced. A very satisfied customer.

Our photographer, Daniel Morales, was exceptional. I was proposing to my girlfriend and needed a discrete photographer that I could plan with in advance... since I live in Toronto, Canada and was flying into London on the day of the proposal. Everything went even better the planned. We cannot wait for the final product!

Excellent Experience My fiance, Chris and I had an amazing experience with our photographer, Charlie Burgio. We are from the U.S. and we met in London for a brief trip. Little did I know that we would get engaged while there! My Fiance scheduled our photographer, Charlie with ease and surprised me with an engagement photo shoot while we were travelling! It was nothing short of a dream! It was such an easy process and Charlie did an INCREDIBLE job with our photographs. He was very professional and made us feel extremely comfortable. He was so easy to work with and had excellent ideas for our pictures. I can honestly say that we couldn't be happier with the way our pictures turned out and we got our pictures so quickly!.. Charlie sent us a preview of the photographs within a day and we got all of our pictures within two days, which is an amazing turnaround. Incredible customer service Splento had absolutely incredible customer service: I booked them for the wrong day and only discovered 50 minutes before my wedding that I'd done that! I called and they found Sarka, who arrived just in time and who did a really wonderful job.

Hi it was a nice experience, our photographer was very nice but I wished she told us to fix our selves some pgotos had some little mistakes in our appearance so if she told us to fix it it will be nice.

Nothing was a problem very good service

We had a lovely 3h family photoshoot which we enjoyed a lot. The photographer, Diana Novikiva, was very professional, she had a lot of good ideas and was very patient given that we had a 7 weeks old baby. Also I liked the fact she got in touch with me before the photoshoot in order to see what kind of photos I like and to get to know me a bit better. She also brought some baby accessories on the day. All in all the pictures turned out very beautiful. Also I like the fact the service is so quick at splento, we've got the pictures in less than 48 hours, which never happens with any other photographers.

Friendly photographer, efficient service and lovely pictures We recently got married and had the pleasure of having Diana as our photographer. The booking process and very straight forward and seamless and we were allocated a photographer almost instantly after booking and provided details of how to contact Diana. When I spoke to her in advance of the ceremony Diana was approachable and friendly and offered potential ideas for us to think about. At the ceremony Diana was very helpful and took a great range of lovely shots and helped us shepherd our guests for the group pictures. She also took some great shots travelling to our reception and of ourselves down by the riverside. Afterwards the photographs were available really quickly (less than 48 hours) and we were both really pleased with the quality of the pictures and the ones that Diana had picked to ''re touch" Only slight negative was that the beginning of the ceremony was almost missed but I believe this was more down to London traffic issues and Waterloo station being partially closed causing transport disruption. In the end Diana still made the beginning of the ceremony and was able to snap some great pictures of the bride walking down the aisle. I would not hesitate to recommend both Splento and Diana to others who want lovely wedding pictures and a super quick turnaround of photos.

Lifestyle Photoshoot in London I had a lifestyle photoshoot with Diana from Splento recently and I loved every minute of it! She was professional, but warm and friendly, directed me well and we ended up taking photos in six different locations in and around Borough Market in London - all in one hour! The photos are lovely and I received the online version in just two days, and all communication with Splento ran smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Splento to anyone.

Splento employ fabulous and talented photographers and their staff are incredibly helpful. I didn't quite understand the process of receiving the photos but they got back to me extremely quickly and were really very helpful and gave me additional photos when asked for at very short notice. Amazing shoot with Charlie I was traveling to London for the first time and wanted to take photos for my 37th birthday. I was informed that Charlie would be my photographer and I asked that he contact me to iron out all of the details of what I wanted. I was a bit scared because I was hiring a company on the whim and trusting I would get good photos. Charlie stayed in consltact via email and answered all of my many questions and our meet-up was seemless. Not only did Charlie give me what I wanted, he EXCEEDED my expectations. He's extremely knowledgable about the areas and made sure that everything was precise. He coached me throughout the session to ensure my photos were great. Charlie felt more like a friend than a guy I hired to take my photos. He is THE BEST! He was extremely professional and friendly! We used splento on our wedding day and had Daniel as our photographer. Daniel was fabulous, very calm and reassuring throughout the day. We were keen on natural photos that would ultimately tell the story of our day without being formal or contrived. This is exactly what we received and we are very happy with our photos, which arrived within 48hours of our wedding. Overall an excellent and affordable service!

Dan was very good and the photos were also good. Shame I didn't think of taking photos of the speakers in the very prestigious entrance to the venue, but maybe suggestions like this from the appointed photographer could be helpful at future events.

Booking our photographer was incredibly easy, the photographer was wonderful and the photos look fantastic! Not only that I got them retouched the next day.

Splento photographers have that skill of being able to blend into the background so that you almost don't notice they are there. And as a result of this unobtrusive behaviour, they are able to get some great, natural shots. They are also very quick to turn around the results. Charming Charlie on a London Photoshoot with Kids We used the online service Splento to capture photographs of our family. Family photoshoot - home visit! Splento saved the day when i needed a family picture ahead of Christmas and booked a last minute slot. The photoshoot happened at home so we didn't have to travel with kids which can be a pain. Charlie the photographer brought the light tripod and everything else needed. Top quality find at very last minute 10pm on a Saturday night, and realised we don’t have a photographer booked for our 2year old sons birthday party. Stumbled on Splento via an online search, and within minutes Alasdair was booked. He arrived early, was very unobtrusive during the party, getting some terrific candid shots. The full collection of really wonderful pictures were delivered the next day. Incredible service.

Lazaros was wonderful! We had such a worry-free experience with Splento and Lazaros! I was a tourist so I wasn't incredibly familiar with the area and Lazaros was very adaptable and made meeting up an easy experience. I also had very few ideas besides typical tourist photos and Lazaros was full of ideas that turned out wonderfully. Excellet services but 4/5 due to website. Easy to book. Hassle free. Great communication with photographer. The photographer and photos were great - no issues but I think the advertising for what you get for each price package is misleading. Definitely need to click on the little information "I" to get the details. But I guess partly my fault too.

Speed + price + quality An absolutely great experience from the moment of landing on the website to receiving the final photographs. We booked a romantic photoshoot, the booking process was literally as easy as 1-2-3: you just pick the desired package, enter some details (takes a minute) and make a payment. You then receive a confirmation and a photographer got in touch us with us within minutes to confirm a place and time. I was also surprised that you could book a photoshoot the next morning at 08:00 am even though I was booking in the evening. So we booked an hour long shoot, it was raining on that day and the photographer kindly asked if we wanted to move it to another day but we decided to go for it anyway. The photographer, Daniel, made us feel at ease straight away and we didn't have to worry about anything, he told us what to do but not to the extent where we had to pose, we were just told to be ourselves to make the photos look as natural as possible. It was a lot of fun, despite the rain and the wind, totally loved the process itself :) Daniel went out of his way to capture a good angle! We received the photos pretty much the next day but the normal processing time is up to 48 hours, which is still very speedy. Absolutely loved the pics, it's a great memory and a great gift, too. We thought it wasn't possible to have quality + speed + price mix but Splento nailed it. Looking forward to our next photoshoot!

Really impressed with this service. We had an odd situation - eloped and had a photographer for that, and had planned a party at home afterwards with no photographer. Had last minute worries that I'd regret not getting proper photos of family and friends but thought there was no chance I'd get a decent photographer who was free on a Saturday in June, or certainly not within our budget. Came across Splento and it seemed perfect - we could have just a few hours of photos which was great on our limited budget. I have to confess I was a bit sceptical about how good a quality the experience would be, but it was fantastic - the booking was made quickly, any changes made quickly, Giulia gave me a call in advance to check our requirements, arrived early and was energetic, lots of fun, and took beautiful photos. On the enhanced package we received about 300 photos from 3 hours' photography, both posed family shots and reportage of guests. And the photos were sent to us within 24 hours! Really impressed, would definitely use again (in fact, it's such good value I'm actively trying to find another occasion that we could do it) and would recommend to anyone. Def worth a try! I had an earlier mixed review and wish i could go back and amend- however, i can not see how to. I want to note that the team made it up to me 100x over. I had a personal, authentic outraeach from the CEO who acknowledged and apologised for the mistake (my photog was late and artilculated what they would learn from the experience and how they would adjust). He went above and beyond to make me feel heard and in no way was coercive. He also sent me a sweet bonus book of photos from the party as a gift. Given the personal touch, care, and concern I would definitely use Splento ago and be happy to recommend.

Amazing quality of pictures and customer service. These guys helped us with a digital event in the office. We required a very fast release of pictures for a next day's event but also ensure a very good quality, which is a very rare service for photography companies. The photographers were very friendly and initiative in terms of getting the best photos. The pictures were released to us sooner than expected, which allowed us to produce our catalogues in advance. A great experience with Splento and Giulia!! We booked Splento at 8:00 on a Saturday night for an 11:15 photo session on Sunday. We selected Giulia as our photographer for my 17 and 18 year old daughters. Giulia arrived early, previewed the shoot site, was very polite, personable, fun to work with, and communicated well. She put my daughters at ease and we ended up with many great shots!! She uploaded the pictures on Sunday and our photographs were ready for downloading on Monday. We were very pleased with the entire process and especially with our photographer. Thank you Giulia!!

We made a very late decision to have a photographer at our small wedding ceremony; we discovered the Splento website and thought we’d give it a go. The process was superb; I spoke to the owner who explained the options and how photographers are vetted and assigned. After payment (easy) we were able to track our order which also meant we could see when our photographer was enroute. Child's birthday party photo shoot We decided to book a professional photographer for our son's 3rd birthday party at the last minute. Booked after 6pm on Friday night for 3pm following day (Saturday). The process is simple which is beneficial, you have a full track of the status of the order. Communication from the photographer is fantastic, we had Ann who is experienced in family and kids photography. She knew what to expect from a bunch of young kids, the photos are great and honestly exceeded expectations as it is hard to catch or have kids sit still to pose. Ann was quick to react and to be honest gave us a comfort and relaxing feeling about whole thing. Five star!

She took some lovely photos but I found that Splento did not 'release' all the photos taken as a wedding guest of mine in a wheelchair was completely left out from the photos that were sent to me and we are terribly disapointed by this. Amazing concept Really enjoyed using Splendor. Me and my girlfriend wanted a «love story shoot» in one of Londons parks. We got an italian photagrapher named Charlie Burgio, he was fantastic. We booked an appointment in the morning, and in just a few hours Charlie was ready to meet up. The quality of the photos was astonishing. Delivered ready for download the morning after. Great photos - Slight pricing error quickly rectified We had some fantastic photos taken of our team 'away day' in Berlin. Extremely professional on the day and the finished product was great. There was a slight issue with payment (we were charged the price in GBP when it was quoted in EUR, which meant we paid 30 EUR more), but this was quickly rectified once we flagged it.

Jesus Figueirido was an absolutely amazing wedding photographer. He covered every aspect of the ceremony and the aftermath, with thoroughness, efficiency, and also discretion. He had tons of experience and skill, so was able to adapt to different settings and lighting conditions. He was also highly creative and adaptable, quick to spot unexpected angles and opportunities. He was completely on top of action shots too, such as the rain of rose petal confetti at the end. Above all the results were absolutely outstanding, way better than we dared to hope. And we got the photos in a highly polished format within 48 hours of the wedding. This photographer and this company have our highest possible recommendation.

Generally very good The service was, save for one point, excellent. I had booked a particular photographer through Splento on the basis of availability as advertised on the website. The reason that I had booked a particular photographer was down to the fact that the event which the photographer was due to take photos at was at a private club with a strict admissions policy, so I had to put their name on a list. On the day of the event, I was told (I think about 5 hours before the event was due to start) that the photographer was unavailable because her equipment was broken and that a replacement photographer would be sent instead. Luckily, I was able to update the guest list and the photographer who attended, Charlie, was outstanding and did a really good job of capturing the mood of the event. I cannot fault him one bit. However, it would be helpful if there was a system in place to confirm the photographer's availability with the photographer before posting their availability online.

The very lovely Giulia photographed my 50th birthday party yesterday and I couldn't be more happy with the photos or the service from Splento! Firstly, I had a nice chat with someone in the office who gave me all the information I needed, plus a link to Giulia's portfolio. I knew straight away I wanted her to capture my birthday. We visited London for the first time, and decided to have family photos taken. I found Splento via Google, and they assigned Charlie Burgio as our photographer. We set a meeting spot, but due to unforeseen traffic issues, we were about 30 minutes late to the session. Charlie was amazing though, and made sure we had a whole hour as promised! He was great to talk to, and direct us through a foreign place, and we got our photos less than 24 hours later. Couldn't have asked for a better photographer or experience!
