Should you need to cancel or reschedule:
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking by emailing us at splento@splento.com up to 48 hours prior to the start time of your session, with no charge and receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your booking in less than 48 hours prior to the start of your session, it is a 100% charge.
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of your session to reschedule.
